“Our inspiration is found all around us, through our travels, the skies, the roads and everything in between. We make original fine art silkscreen prints, using hand cut stencils and hand printing. Silkscreen printing creates a unique type of art with a smooth, satin-like surface quality that’s almost impossible to create with any other technique.
Fall Pando is a tribute to the majesty of the Aspen in the West. The term ‘Pando’ refers to the cloning that created the largest, most dense organism ever found at nearly 40,000 trees. Our memories of standing amongst these beautiful stands of aspens, especially in the fall is the impetus for this piece. The aspen has been a favorite subject matter for us over the years and we love that our work continues to remind those who see it of the sight, sound and even smell of these beautiful trees.”
