Welcome to the Cherry Creek Arts Festival Art Shop! This is an exclusive opportunity for you to access the incredible visual artists that exhibited at the Arts Festival in July in an online year-round setting. So, bring your appetite for art and start shopping! You can view artists by discipline, filter by color, price range or specific medium, also search for a specific artist that has been on your mind since the event.
The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is a juried show, where five hired Art Professionals are looking for excellence in art. As with the Arts Festival itself, the artwork within the Art Shop is representative of the high quality, artistic excellence used as the criteria for selection of exhibitors by the jurors. The Arts Festival strives to keep innovation at the forefront while offering new opportunities for working artists to sell their artwork. The artists invited to participate in the Art Shop also exhibited at the event in July. This is your opportunity to shop these amazing artists in an easily accessible online marketplace. You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. If you wish to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (303) 355-2787.
How to Return Artwork
Here is the process for returning an item: Contact our Customer Care team by either emailing us at email@example.com or calling (303) 355-2787 with the following information: your name, username, contact phone number and details on the return. Art items are generally returned to the artist who created them. If the art item arrived to you via UPS, we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label. If the art item arrived to you via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the art item. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible. If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, CCAF will pay the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive an email when the artist receives your return.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at (303) 355-2787 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Any order that is not a special order or custom order can be cancelled prior to the artist shipping the work. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free at (303) 355-2787 to cancel an order. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.
